Andrea Duffield Bridgeways CEO

Andrea Duffield

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Bridgeways in February 2020, Andrea owned and operated MOSAIC Rehabilitation & Therapy Clinics providing adult and pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, psychology, and behavioral health services. She has been a licensed and certified speech language pathologist for over 25 years. Her clinical passion has been advocating for and working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Lynn Dollmeyer

Lynn Dollmeyer

Chief Financial Officer

Lynn is an experienced Finance Director with a career both in the non-profit and the for-profit business sector. Before joining Bridgeways she worked as the Controller for Seattle Symphony and Benaroya Hall. "Bridgeways’ mission resonates with me having a family member who lives with mental illness and the struggle to remain integrated with society."

Tiffany Kostelyk

Director of Manufacturing

Tiffany started her manufacturing career right out of high school working for companies providing manufacturing services in Aerospace, Bio-Medical and Networking. (To read more click the name above.)

Stephanie Overton

Director of Social and Community Services

Stephanie Overton joined Bridgeways in November 2023 as the Social and Community Services Director. She has spent her career working in the Social Services arena as both direct services and leadership and is committed to helping people live their most joyous and fulfilling lives. Bridgeways vision is in line with my own visions of how people clients and employees should be treated.

Michael Campbell-Danas

Director of Marketing and Development

Michael Campbell-Danas joined Bridgeways in December of 2020. He has a background in marketing and events, working mostly with non-profits that focused on the arts. (To read more click the name above.)

Carrie Ford

Human Resources Manager

Carrie Ford joined Bridgeways in March 2021 upon moving back to Washington after a few years out of state. She has a background in benefits administration in a non-profit setting and was ecstatic to expand her role to Human Resources. (To read more click the name above.)

Connor Krebbs

Quality Manager

Connor joined Bridgeways in February 2023. He has a background in Facilities and Environmental Health and Safety. Prior to joining Bridgeways, Connor worked for Northshore Christian Church, Hermanson Construction, and was the Owner and Operator of a local residential remodeling business. Chris Agisotelis

Procurement Manager

Shortly after relocating to Seattle, Chris joined Bridgeways in September 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and is a Desert Shield, Desert Storm Veteran. (To read more click the name above.)

Deborah Hicks

Fawn Medel

Community Support Program Manager

Fawn joined Bridgeways in April 2024 and has been working in social services for 17 years, with a few breaks in between. Her journey began with volunteering to help youth who had gone through the foster care system. (To read more click the name above.)

Scott Loescher

Clubhouse Director

Scott Loescher joined Bridgeways as the Clubhouse Director in November of 2023. He previously worked at Bridgeways as a Supported Employment Specialist. He has a background in program management of residential recovery programs that assist people on their road to recovery from substance use disorder and coming out of homelessness. Willow Babcock

FCS Program Manager

Willow Babcock joined Bridgeways in July of 2023. Willow worked as a Trainer and Organizational Change Management Specialist throughout the 2010s, until her lived experience with homelessness and mental health prompted her to reevaluate her values and career goals. Ruby Golveo

Manufacturing Supervisor

Ruby joined Bridgeways in February of 2007. She came with a background as a high school math teacher for 16 years in the (Philippines) and a part time Bookkeeper for the same school. (To read more click the name above.)

Michael Olson

Wire Shop Supervisor

Michael started at Bridgeways back in 2013. Working at Bridgeways helped pave the way for his career at Boeing working as a Fuel cell Mechanic on the 737 and ultimately brought him back here to his roots, Bridgeways, back in October of 2021. He's now the Supervisor for the Electrical and Contract Assembly departments. (To read more click the name above.)

Olivier Goudreau

Olivier is a locally-based pilot with Horizon Airlines. He’s been grateful to experience an array of gratifying volunteer experiences through his workplace. Carl Schremp

Serving since February, 2018

Carl is an attorney at Adams & Duncan in downtown Everett. Carl’s practice focuses on business, banking, and real estate law. Carl was spurred to join the Board in 2018 out of a desire to contribute to community well-being and to assist Bridgeways’ mission of providing services to individuals living with a mental health condition.
